how to return equipment

I'm trying to return my router since I ended service, but the link I was sent for a shipping label just keeps taking me to a page that says "Page Not Found"--any help?? The chatbot is totally useless and calling customer service never gets me a real person.

Taking it to your local Xfinity store would be the fastest option.

@user_pozq1q Hi there! Thanks for reaching out to us for help with returning the router device. I'm sorry that the link is failing to create a shipping label. I know you are doing everything on your end as instructed and I thank you greatly for that. As @EG mentioned you can bring the device to a Xfinity store for return. The better option I find is bringing the device to a UPS store. The UPS store will package and ship the device back to us for free. You don't need a label or packaging, just the device. It's a simple process, and they will provide you with a return receipt showing the serial number of the device and tracking code. Do you have the option to visit a Xfinity store or UPS store?
