How do I report these backbone issues to comcast? If I contact support, they want to dispatch an agent to my home, when its obvious the problem is on the backbone. with packet loss and resets.... This is a long ongoing issue.. speed is not effected, but web pages on this route , often don't complete leaving blank pages, or timeouts....
