how to reach a human?
I have gone in circles with the virtual assistant. How can I speak to a human about the fact that our monthly bill is going to increase by ALMOST DOUBLE? I cannot get anywhere with the Virtual support. I need someone who can help me find a way to get this bill down or we will need to look at other options. Is there a customer retention department or a human who can help me understand why our bill is increasing by $30 MORE PER MONTH!! That's rediculous.
