Getting an Xfinity human being is impossible! The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!
My internet and tv service was down for 3 days (including my busiest work day, Sunday) and now the website tells me I am ineligible for credit because it was weather related! If this isn't resolved I'm going to cancel my service and use my considerable influence to encourage my congregation ( several thousand) to strongly consider switching providers.
