How to log into home network when not at home to adjust settings

Hello,

I know how to log into my home network while at home on the network. How do I log in when not home from another network to my own to adjust the settings? My situation is my son plays Roblox during school and I have it blocked by address and keyword. However when I am at work and he asks me to play I cannot unblock it because I don't know how to access my gateway remotely from outside of the network and I don't want to allow access by time frame. Any help is appreciated. Before this I used Circle on my Netgear router which worked simply.
