How to get xfinity tech service call / and maintenance tech to check main lines

Starting early yesterday my comcast internet started experiencing 20% packet loss, this is completely unusable, i have changed cable modems and this is happening across all devices even when i directly connect a single device to a cable modem.

highly likely there is a problem at the tap or before it on the comcast side

@user_k19z3k Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I can definitely understand the frustration at so much packet loss. We appreciate you letting us know that you have tried different modems and the issue is still occurring. To clarify, are you also using a stand-alone router? You mentioned it's happening with a single device connected to the modem, do you mean that you are experiencing the packet loss with a device that is hard-wired via Ethernet directly to the modem itself?
