How to get Xfinity support?

I tried to start a chat with an xfinity specialist using the Xfinity App. I keep getting bounced from Milana, to Maouk to Nitin and none of them ever responded. It's like they all just waited for me to get tired waiting on them to say something so they can rack up support tickets. How do I get support on my Xfinity router?
