How to get an "Unlimited Data Plan"

I have a customer-owned UniFi UCI modem. I am on a grandfathered TV and Internet bundle that I do not want to alter or re-rate. I need a Digital Care official employee to manually add the $30/month Unlimited Data Plan feature code to my current billing profile as a standalone add-on. I do not want to perform a full package change!

Please advise!
