How To get Alerts About Upcoming Outages

For the past few months about once or twice a week around at around 1 to 3:30 in the morning my internet will cut out due to a network improvement, and the first time it happened I got a notification by text that it was going to happen and roughly when and how long it was expected but since then I haven't gotten any more texts and I'm not sure how to set it up to start getting them consistently and customer service with this company is less than useless, so if anyone could help me out that would be greatly appreciated.
