How to get 2.4ghz network to show up on your devices like Ring

Go to your Xfinity app to split the device and create 2.4ghz network (Suffix it with 2-4 so you can differentiate and you will need a new network name before you can save it). 

Check that you see both the 2.4 & 5Ghz network

Call Xfinity Technical Support and have them restart & activate your new network created so the signal is sent to your home device. 

Now you should be able to see the 2.4 ghz network along with the 5ghz network
