How to fix teredo/NAT type on Xbox Series X?

I'm having issues with teredo/NAT Type on my Xbox Series X console network. I keep getting moderate and other times, I cannot find my NAT Type or teredo all of a sudden.

I tried resetting and disconnecting the router and Xbox Series X console, and it still doesn't fix the problem with teredo and NAT Type on my consoles.
