Hi, @user_d4159f. Can you please provide us additional information on where you see this? Is this on your X1/Flex device, or on a mobile phone? This sounds like an issue with the device's settings itself rather than the Wi-Fi.

@XfinityChristina I can view all YouTube videos on my cellphone using T-Mobile but there are some YouTube videos that doesn't work on my computer. I am using linux ubuntu with Firefox and AdGuard AdBlocker. Maybe the problem is AdGuard.

I would defiantly check your settings with AdGuard, however, we want to make sure that it is not a setting with our service as well. Are you using your Wi-Fi network provided by Xfinity when using your cell phone or are you using cellular data provided by your cell phone provider? Also, do you know if you are able to access the same content using other sources like Vimeo or Spotify?

Do you subscribe to the Xfinity app? Do you have a rental modem or your own? If you have our modem, you can log in and check to make sure the parental controls aren't on.
