GET A CLUE. PLEASE get rid of the telephone prompts (USELESS) and the chatbots (EQUALLY USELESS).
The local XFINITY store gets HORRIBLE REVIEWS and I am dreading my booked appointment which I want to cancel because it will take all day, but remarkably, there's no way to do that or even to reschedule because you can't speak to a real person, the chatbot is for $#!+, and you don't offer that option.
The rage this company incites is - well, it's clear you know. But you don't care.
