how does the transfer services broke all my internet?

I plan to move to another address next month and I put the transfer service ticket today.
After the confirmation, I have no internet in my current address.

Called the services and be transferred to different agent for 5 times.

Still can't solve the issue and I have no internet access 3 hours already.

Terrible service........
