How do you find service outages NOT in your account's "local area?"
I pay for 2 accounts. I can only ever log onto one of them. I guess it's beyond Xfinity's ability to allow one to actually log onto different accounts, even if we pay for them.
Because of that, I cannot log onto my secondary location, which is across the country, and where my business is.
If I go to the "Outage Map," it only allows me to see my current location -- the account I'm logged into. It's almost like they intentionally don't want you to be able to check anywhere else. The map is locked, you can't search by geography, you can't search at all.
Is there no way to check outages in any other part of the country?

Greetings, @GroovyGrover. Thank you for taking the time to bring this issue to our attention. It would be my pleasure to assist you in any way that I can. Just to confirm, have you created separate usernames for both accounts?
