How do you actually talk to a real person anymore. [Edit]

I've been put behind a CgNat, I can't port-forward Nor can i Use DMZ. I want a Public IP. Not this CgNat It's terrible. My Job requires me to have ports Open.

I've tried the "Talk with an agent" In the Assistant to no avail. it just keeps looping back to "What can i help you with"

I need an actual real person

If you're looking to help with a CGNAT issue that has logs, you could head over to my question.

Good afternoon @huntersan9, and thanks for taking the time to post about your public IP issue. Did you make any changes to settings or configurations on your side before the issue started?

@XfinityRaf Nope, can't say that I have.  Just a sudden stop in connectivity.
