How do I turn on 5ghz?
My 5ghz is completely off and only have 2.4ghz and I tried to long into the admin too but it won’t let me in, so what’s the problem

They recently updated the gateway's firmware. You may now have to turn on the admin tool access first in the Xfinity App;

Hi there. @user_sh76sf I can understand the confusion, especially if you’re only seeing 2.4 GHz. If you have an Xfinity Gateway XB6 or newer, the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands are generally managed automatically, and some advanced WiFi settings may no longer be available for manual adjustment. Compatible devices should automatically connect to the best available band. If you’re also unable to access the Admin Tool, newer gateways require Admin Tool access to be enabled through the Xfinity App first. Go to WiFi > View WiFi equipment > Advanced settings > Admin Tool online access, enable access, and then connect to 10.0.0.1 while connected to your home network.
