How do I turn off the radios in modem
Hello,
In my modem, I have disabled the networks in Gateway > Connection > Wi-Fi > Edit 2.4 GHz and Gateway > Connection > Wi-Fi > Edit 5 GHz. They no longer transmit the SSIDs. I also opted out of the xfinity hotspot network program several years ago, and it is still non-functional at this time. My issue is the radios in the modem are still transmitting and creating interference, even though no SSID is being broadcast. The xfinity radio is transmitting at a very high dB level, affecting SNR across a large channel band. Additionally, as you can see in the picture, xfinity has started using 40MHz channel width, instead of the traditional 20MHz channel width, which is compounding the issue (and is poor network implementation). I am using the WiFi Analyzer app to monitor the 2.5 GHz and 5 GHz spectrums.
My question is, how do I completely turn off the radios?

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. If you have disabled the Wifi networks, and they are no longer transmitting then the radios would be disabled as well.
