How do I see which devices are using my internet bandwidth
It's been a while since I had a concerns with hitting my data cap. Came pretty close last month but can not find anywhere that shows which devices are using the data? Any help is appreciated.

You can't with Xfinity gear these days, just the total data on your account page.
You can with some 3rd party gear if you buy a mesh system, and connect everything to that. Look at the manual first before you buy it. I think Orbi might have removed it, but it may still be a feature on Nest. Either that or run all traffic including WiFi through a firewall and look at it that way.
PC's have traffic counters. Your other devices/TV's etc probably won't.
