how do i schedule an appoinment
About every 20 minutes my router turns of and then a few minutes later turns back on. Do I need a new xfinity router? Tried to use xfinity assistant but kept going in circles, and if it checks router while it's working during those minutes, I guess things seem fine. Is there a phone number to talk to someone? This has been going on for a month or so.

Went into Xfinity store--exchanged router. Problem solved.

What do the modem's signal status values look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
