How do I port forward to a specific IPv4 address when it does not show up in the app?

Before you ask… yes it is connected to the network and running. I can assess the internet from the device and I can ping it from other devices on the network. The IPv4 is set to static in the device so it cannot be changed. And yes IPv6 is disabled.

In the gateway admin tool (10.0.0.1) the IP in question does not appear at all under connected or disconnected devices.

So I’d like to port forward to the specific IP without needing to “select a device”. All I need is an input IP dialog box and ill be on my merry way.

why would Comcast remove admin tools and force users to use a mobile app?

@user_yxwdqi - try this, set the device in question to dhcp, have it grab dynamic IP, see if that IP shows up on the list, configure port forwarding and then set the device back to the same static IP, as it was dynamic.

I obtained the IP through DHCP and even then it was not in either list.  I set the static IP after the initial attempt to port forward one because that was my end goal and two hoped that maybe it would show up if set to static and both the device and router had been restarted.
