Hello @user_d78p86, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum and we would be happy to help. Check out Manage users and devices with the Xfinity app for how to get that taken care of.
In the app, go to connected devices. Click on the device. At the top you should see a pause button that's purple. Press it, it will give you options of until I unpause, 30 minutes, 1 hour and 2 hours I believe. choose one. If you choose until I unpause it, then to unpause, through that app the same way. The device a the purple button should now say unpause. Click it. It may not show up as PS5 in devices, my daughter xbox comes up as Microsoft corporation d1d3, so you may need to see what else is connect and go somewhere deductive reasoning. If you want to pause on a schedule, in the same place where you pause it, up in the right corner is a settings icon. When you click that downtime setting options are available. In these you can also create time limits. Hope this helps
