How do I open a support ticket?

I have a web server error accessing a page. The Comcast servers do not see the page, but works fine on Verizon.

Thank you for reaching out @user_s5xcsr , and I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. If the website is loading properly when using Verizon but not when connected through your Xfinity Internet service, that could indicate a routing issue, DNS issue, or a problem reaching that specific website from the Xfinity network.

To help narrow this down, could you please let me know:

What is the exact website or webpage you're trying to access?
Have you tried accessing the page from multiple devices connected to your Xfinity Internet service?

In the meantime, I would recommend restarting your modem/router and clearing your browser's cache and cookies. You can also try accessing the site using a different browser or temporarily changing your DNS settings to see if that makes a difference. Once you provide the website address and the specific error you're seeing, I'll be happy to take a closer look. 😊

The page is on my ISP.

https://www.newsletterbroadcast.net/

The page works fine on Verizon, but generates an error on Xfinity.

C:\>tracert https://www.newsletterbroadcast.net/
Unable to resolve target system name https://www.newsletterbroadcast.net/.

Hostway is trying to reach out to Comcast directly. We've been working this problem for a week.

Because of these problems and general performance issues, I am moving my business to Starlink.

Thank you @user_s5xcsr for providing those additional details, @user_s5xcsr . I can certainly understand how frustrating this has been, especially after working with the hosting provider for a week. I do see one issue with the test that was run: tracert https://www.newsletterbroadcast.net/  The tracert command cannot resolve a full URL that includes https://, which is why it returned: Unable to resolve target system name. Instead, the test would need to be run against the hostname only: tracert newsletterbroadcast.net or tracert www.newsletterbroadcast.net. Since the website works when accessed through Verizon but not through Xfinity, and Hostway is already attempting to work directly with Comcast, this does sound more like a network routing, DNS, or traffic filtering issue than a problem with the website itself. That information would help determine whether the issue is related to DNS resolution, routing, or something occurring between the hosting provider and the Xfinity network.
