how do I increase time to remain signed in?

how do I increase the time remaining signed in? I sign in and in no time at all, I have to stop what I am doing and sign in again.

Xfinity, thought you would know since I asked on Xfinity.
I want to increase my time being signed in.
I check box"stay signed in" but I get signed out while I am still working on the site.
If you can help,great,if not I can call Xfinity.

Are you talking about here on the help forms ? The main  Xfinty home page / portal site ? Something else ?
