How do I get a second IP address for my Arris T25?

Hello,

 

I need to add a second IP address to my account.  I have an Arris T25 with two ports and I need both ports to work.

First, check the "Rate Card" for your local area to see if that feature is even available anymore. Seems that it is being phased out;

It's a PDF.


Scroll down to "Xfinity Internet" and look for "Additional IP Addresses".


If nothing is listed then it's likely to have been discontinued in your local market area.

Hello,

 

@ComcastMichael was able to successfully set my second IP address for the use on my second port on my Arriss T25.  Unfortunatly, it is not working now.  How can I get this working again?

Hello,

This was successully set up, however a week ago somone at Comcast disconnected the port.  Can someone help me get it working again?

Calling customer service will likely get you nowhere. I would wait. He is a specialist, not a tier 1 rep !
