How do I contact a LIVE customer service Supervior.
I have been going thru a nightmare for a week now. Issues are still not resolved. Upcoming billing is not right. My new modem has not to shipped. When I call the Xfinity customer service phone number it keeps trying to text or make me use that usesless virtual assistant then it disconnects me,. ARGH!!
Unfortunatle there is no other internet choice in my area but Xfinitu - but Midacom is starting to laydown calbe so I have hopes of saying goodbye to Xfinity and thier LOUSY customer service.
