How do i change the WIFI channel on Xfinity Xfi.

so it seems my wifi is stuck on channel 6. as well as EVERYONE else close by..

like 15 WIFI all on channel 6.. 

 

also i have noticed, my WIFI is no longer on 40hz channel width. probably because EVERY SINLE XFINITY ROUTER is on channel 6.. 😕

 

i go in to change the channel.. but it tells me its being managed by comcast.. NOT VERY WELL.. 😞

so since my WIFI is an channel 6.. my laptop (wich doesnt have 5g wifi) has a really hard time connecting to the router.. it gets like 30Kbps.. instead of the 150!!! it used to get.. before i had my router on channel 11..  there is only ONE router in view on channel 11..

Same issue. Home automation devices used to work, now intermittent.  Doesn't look like any help on this one.
