How do I assign pod connected devices reserved IP; admin portal cannot see them

Hello, I logged into the 10.0.0.1 web portal for the gateway, in the connected devices section, I can only see these directly connect to the gateway, not ones that connect to the pod. Is there a way I can see these pod connected devices and assign reserved internal IP for those?

I tried: 1. Xfinity app can see all the devices, but only allows changing the device name/description, not their internal IP(10.0.0.x). 2. tried log onto the pod IP like https://10.0.0.204, which is my pod ip, but there does not seem a web portal. 3. I also tried Xfinity app support chat, but they do not know.

Hi there, @user_4bl0rv thank you so much for taking the time out to reach out to us. Since it has been a few days since we last spoke, have you been able to get your concerns resolved?-Richard

No. I asked in chat session in Xfinity app several times. No one can help on this. Can you help? Thanks. If this cannot be resolved,  will have to remove my Xfinity complete package, using my own router/mesh system instead of the Xfinity ones.

Thank you for your time tonight, @user_4bl0rv I understand the issue that you are experiencing which is a very unique issue you are experiencing. We unfortunately do not have a way that allows you to assign reserved internal IP addresses for the devices that are connected to your pod.-Richard
