How can I upgrade to an XB10 modem/router?

I have the 2gig plan in an upgraded neighborhood. How can I upgrade to the XB10?

@USER_98754G,

Thank you for your interest in the XB10! Customers in eligible FDX-enabled (Full Duplex) areas who select qualifying Internet speed tiers may be eligible for the XB10 gateway. If you're already on our 2 Gig plan in an upgraded area, the first step is to confirm whether your address is eligible for FDX speeds and whether the XB10 is available for your account. Customers in eligible FDX areas who do not currently have a compatible gateway are being notified when it's time to swap equipment to take advantage of the enhanced speeds. We'd be happy to take a closer look at your account and service address to see what options are available. Just let us know and we'll be glad to help review your eligibility for the XB10 on our end. 😀

@XfinityGabriel Thank you for answering. I read the upgrade terms, and they’re quite detailed and confusing, but I think I qualify for the upgrade. I live at [Edited: "Personal Information"]. My name is [Edited: "Personal Information"] and my account number is [Edited: "Personal Information"].
