how can I talk with a person about transferring and installing my service to my new home?

We have moved and were told in May that our service would be installed at our home in Providence Utah.  John Gregg and Karen Miller

That hasn't happened, although Xfinity seems to know how to bill us for a service we aren't receiving.  The office in Logan, Utah tells us that they 

can't contact the installation people to give us any information on if or when that installation will take place.  Can you please provide us with the name of

some one we can talk to.
