How can i get in touch with xfinity?

I have been going around in loops: i received an email from xfinity saying that i requested my service be disconnected---only i did not---this is their error. there is no way for me to get in touch with xfinity to inform them of this problem!

To send a Direct Message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Messaging chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

user_im7skt Thanks for allowing us to help with your cancelation concern. I'm glad we figured out what caused the cancelation error. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
