How can I disable MoCa?
Hello, I am having issues disabling MoCa. I have read through some of the previous forum threads on this issue and attempted the solutions provided to no avail. I have tried unplugging coax cable and disabling MoCa on admin page, all this does is disable it but as soon as the coax cable is plugged back in MoCa re-enables itself. previous to this, I attempted to disable while coax cable is plugged in and it would temporarily disable only to re-enable within seconds. Now I am no longer able to access the admin page either (it is stuck on an infinite loading loop). I would prefer to have MoCa disabled since it is causing internet speeds to slow down significantly and, in worst case scenarios, cutting internet access to certain devices altogether.
If anybody can provide me with solutions that I may have glossed over, please let me know. Or, if someone from Xfinity can DM with me to look into this further for me then that would also be great.

Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see an icon at the top right of your page.
From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.
Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.
