Hotspot has IP configuration problem

Hi,

I am trying to connect my devices to hotspots of Xfinity. It works perfectly for a long time, but currently, all windows and android devices fail to connect.

It shows: "Wi-Fi" doesn't have a valid IP configuration        Not fixed

However, all Apple devices are still working well with the hotspots.

The address of the hotspot is 13XX NE 83rd Dr, Vancouver 98665

Please help us with this problem.
