Horrible wifi!!! Ready to change service
We are on our third modem. I’ve been kicked out of yet another work meeting. We’ve had two techs out who say everything is fine. This is ridiculous and embarrassing and now risking my job! We are ready to switch service. We found out that Xfinity reuses old modems so chances are you have one that didn’t work for someone else. Horrid experience!

Sometimes it's useful to separate WiFi issues from connection/signal problems. Do you have the same issues with an Ethernet connected device/computer/desktop?
It's also helpful to check out signal conditions and error logs on your gateway/modem. If you have garbage coming in from the street? It won't work right. If you have house wiring/splitter/amplifier/connector issues? It won't work right either. If you have either problem and a new gateway/modem, it won't work right with the new one either.
If you want to take a look at that yourself, I'd start here: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/your-home-network/internet-troubleshooting-tips/602dae4ac5375f08cde52ea0

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
