It automatically establishes a VPN profile on compatible Android or iOS devices when connected to unsecured WiFi networks. Users can disable the VPN feature through the Xfinity app if experiencing connectivity issues. user_9ecpir thank you for using the Community Forums page to reach out regarding a VPN. We do have a feature known as Xfinity Advanced Security, which helps you connect on the go to a VPN. As for your Mac desktop computer, you may have to look into other 3rd party options.
