Home Network Outages

I have a DOCSIS 3.1 modem showing high uncorrectable codeword counts across most downstream channels, thousands per hour on SC-QAM and 15,000+ on the OFDM PLC in under an hour of uptime. Spectrum analyzer on the modem shows a hard downstream rolloff at 780 MHz on what should be a 1002+ MHz plant. Upstream transmit power is running 42–44 dBmV across all six channels, indicating high path loss on the return. I've bypassed all inside splitters and filters, connected the modem directly with a fresh RG-6 jumper, and the problem persists. This is a plant/drop issue, not a customer equipment issue. Requesting a maintenance dispatch to inspect the drop, tap, and any pole-mounted amplifiers on my node.
