Home Internet consistently times out

I just moved in a new place June 2021. Ever since Xfinity has installed the internet here, I've had connection problems. I've had around 10 different technicians come out to try to find the problem. They sent a senior technician about a couple weeks ago who was the most help.

My problem is my internet is great when it works, but the connection times out completely for 1-5 minutes at a time randomly. this can happen sometimes 5 times an hour. When this happens, every device in my home doesn't have internet, even if it is hardwired into the router.

The senior technician took a lot of time to look at my cables and wires and then told me the whole road I live on calls to complain about the same problem. He said my setup looks great and they can't really see the connection drops from their office where they track my signal. I've had my modem replaced twice and it'll seem better for about a week but then falls back to the usual situation. This is really getting old.
