Home Address Issue

Hi, I ordered a now Xfinity home internet to my new address, however I am seeing that there was an issue with the delivery since I didnt know my building doesnt accept package deliveries. The wifi I believe is being returned but I wanted to know if I can change the address to redeliver or if I could pick it up somewhere. I work from home and I need this urgently.
