Hole & wires left hanging out of my home for months and technician no showed and countless hours wasted w/customer service
Service is always going out in my area. Back in October i was told they were updating our Service and this update needed to be done or see
rvice would get worse, it was fiber cable lines. I was one of the first houses being done. The technician drilled a hole through my wall from the outside in and left it therre with wires just hanging out and a large external box in the middle of my inside wall of my new home. A supervising technicsn came out a few days later that helped seal hole and clea it up bt said he needed to order parts to cover up the hole outside and the exposed wires that would take a bit of time. Despite doing this update my Service went out for a day again and when I have no internet I have no cell Service. At this point I needed to cancel my service and go with another more reliable provider that wasnt having these outages. When I canceled my service the representative spoke directly with the supervising technician that I had been working with that promised as soon as the parts came in he would contact me and resolve it. It has been 5 months. This is not acceptable with me or my HOA and I was told these wires cant be exposed to the elements especially the arixona heat and sun. I reached out to the supervising technician and now he isnt returning my messages or calls. I then started contacting customer service and its been 4 days of getting spun around internationally and repeating my story countless times only to to be told I would need to have another specialized technician come out. I cleared my schedule and no one showed! I then spent another 3 hours and customer service said that I didnt have an account and theres no case number reported. If I dont get immediate assistance my next step will be filing a claim with the FCC
