Hitron CODA56

The Hitron CODA56 cable modem I purchased and installed seems to be functioning properly. I can see the normal log info, but there is no access to the event log( assuming that to prevent service calls). I really would like to see it just to make sure all( outside my house) is behaving as it should although I have a feeling it may not. Well since Xfinity has prevented owners from this info, is there a way to see it,,,to humor me at this point.
