Hitron CODA56 Activation Help

Good afternoon everyone. So I decided to buy my own modem to replace my Xfinity modem. It's a Hitron CODA56. But I cannot seem to get it activated. I have tried activating through the app many times and have been met with "Something went wrong". I have reached out to a rep through both chat and over the phone and they keep insisting on sending a tech to my house. I know that everything is fine on my end as the Xfinity gateway worked fine and an Arris SB8200 worked great as well. Plus, I'm a low volt tech. I work with coax every day so I have the means to ensure the cable is perfect. Can anyone offer me any advice or assistance on this? Thanks!

Try calling 1-855-652-3446. That is their self-install device activation line. Have the RF / CM / HFC MAC address and the serial number of it handy when you call. Good luck !

Are there any other options? That number brings me to the same automated answering service, which brings me to the same reps who try to send a technician out.

Hmmm. Sorry. It's worked for many posters here. They must have just changed something. Not surprised.
