Hitron Coda 56 activated but no increase in speed

I recently replaced my existing modem with a Hitron Coda 56 to take advantage of the upgraded internet plan, but I am not seeing an increase in speed. I am seeing a slight increase in the download, as I was already provisioned for 1.25 Gbps, but I am seeing no change in the upload (still at ~35 Mbps). Is there something else I need to do or is there a configuration change that needs to occur to take advantage of the increase? I did see other posts recommending to make sure there are no other modems on the account, but I can not find a place to remove the prior one. When I interact with the AI agent, it does ask me to choose the correct one from my new one and old one. Any ideas?

I believe was on a grandfathered setup and my account needed to be re-appointed for the changes to be in effect. Once updated, I just needed to reboot the modem and all is good.
