Hitron Cable Modem Update

I just redid my Xfinity triple play plan and one of the perks was my internet going from 1000 down / 40 up to 2100 down and 300 up. After the new plan took affect, I realized that my modem wasn't on the enhanced internet list. I bought a new modem that is listed on the enhanced modem list. Hitron CODA56. My speeds still have not changed and tech support has no idea what to do. I saw on here that others had similar issues and that an employee was able to send out a provisioned update. Could someone please help me here? Thank you!!

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
