High Upstream power levels - Anyone know what neighborhood line tech might have done to fix it last time? (Not at my house)
Last year I was having issues with my upstream power levels spiking and frequent internet drop outs. I posted about it on here: (https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/your-home-network/intermittent-internet-drop-outs/66c21b561466ce252a89ed25). After trying all kinds of things in my house, eventually the tech put in a maintenance request for someone to look at the line in the neighborhood. I got a text later that day saying the maintenance had been completed. Whatever they did, it fixed the issue... Until now. A little less than a year later, I am having the exact same issue. I even tried renting an Xfinity gateway to see if it could handle whatever the issue is. But I am still having dropouts with the XB8-T that they sent me. When I check the upstream power levels right after an outage, they are high (58.8 dBmV), but when I check later, they are normal (43.0 dBmV). Does anyone have any idea what they might have done to the neighborhood line that would have fixed it last year? I'd like to be able to recommend that fix when I talk to support rather than having to go through all the effort of having a tech come to my house and inspect everything again, just to find nothing. @Xfinity Support Is there any way to look up what they did? Thanks!

Hello, @dustinf! Thanks for creating a new post regarding this upstream power level concern. You've come to the right place, as you probably already know :) Our Digital Care Team is awesome to work with because we can definitely review signal levels on our side as well as maintenance history to see what can be done now to help. Could you please send our team a direct message to continue?
