High Upstream power levels +57DB and frequent connection drops

I recently moved into a new house and have been having recurring connection drops and the upstream is locked on a single channel and the power level is at 57dbmV.

Try removing any extra unnecessary splitters, that will lower the upstream (currently 8-10 dB too high). If you can’t, a tech visit is the next solution
