High Latency/Congestion at Dallas ibone node to Google.com

Noticed a significant spike in latency earlier. Ran a Trace route from mobile phone on wifi and from my PC on Ethernet. Noted a significant spike in latency at hop 8 carrying all the way through to Google.com
