High Latency During Peak Hours
I am consistently getting high latency between peak hours (7 PM - 9:30 PM) almost everyday. My ping will shoot up from around 20-30ms to 200+ ms, making online gaming extremely difficult. To be quite honest, this situation has become extremely frustrating because it now seems impossible to game during the only time I can consistently play due to my work schedule.
I have already been in contact with the customer support team, traded in my modem for an upgraded one, and have tracked numerous days where this issue has occurred during these peak hours. I believe this is ultimately an issue on the Xfinity end, and I wanted to post this to see if I could have it resolved in my area/apartment complex.

My latest test was 687ms. Insane congestion. I never had this issue with my old router. They told me I had to replace that so I went up to the Xfinity store and did just that. Now every night my Internet is hosed. My total usage to date is 62gb out of 1.2 tb. Nowhere near the cap. I just ordered at&t fiber. Got an appointment for Sunday morning. Good by Xfinity, you just lost another one.
