* I have no clue if 0 Power level on channel 194 is normal or not.
I have had techs come to visit and miraculously every time they visit on there devices it shows "EVERYTHING IS FINE and at where it should be"
But then WHY I CANT stop having bad experiences while gaming, my wife works from home, she complains about bad connection during her meetings, video calls and even audio calls.
My setup is Wire from node to a 4 way splitter and other end connects directly to my modem.
I have tried connecting wire coming from node directly behind the modem but it was giving me very bad power levels so i went back to splitter.
Could someone PLEASE help me out and figure my problem out for good?
TBH i do not have any trust left in tech visits.
Either the ones coming to my place have no further knowledge than what they've been trained on their first day or SOMETHING else is wrong and not getting fixed.
