Nice to meet you Lisa, and thank you for the account address. I did edit the post so your personal information isn't public, but I did get what I needed to find the account. You stated your internet cuts out during an 8 hour period, I take it that means the issue is only present when you are working? Can you also tell me if the issue is present on any other devices in the home other than your work equipment please?
