Help

Hello - I'm having the same exact thing happen i.e. Internet stops multiple times everyday.  I see the modem system up time measured in hours not days!!!  Currently it at 3h 53min.

I have an Orbi Mesh system connected to the Motorola MB8611 modem.  I've had Xfinity/Comcast internet for years without trouble but this is driving me crazy.  

Here are my Connection information.  Please let me know if these numbers look off.

Welcome to our community forum, @user_89a686! Thank you for reaching out about your internet issue. I rely on my internet every day for work so I'd be upset if I was having issues so we'll stick with you here until we reach a resolution. Have you checked the coax cable that runs from the outlet to the back of the modem for sharp bends, kinks, and make sure both ends are finger tight? Are you having issues while directly connected to the modem or just over Wi-Fi?
